• Address or Location Data: If you choose to find your representative by address or current location, we use this information solely to identify your congressional district. We do not store your address or precise location on our servers.
• Representative Preferences: The list of representatives you choose to follow is stored locally on your device.
• Issue Preferences: Your selected issues of interest are stored locally on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect general device information (device type, operating system version) for app compatibility and debugging purposes.
• Subscription Data: We may process limited subscription status information to determine access to premium features. Subscription billing is handled through Apple's App Store.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not collect or store your physical address or GPS coordinates.
• We do not track your browsing activity outside the App.
• We do not sell any personal information to third parties.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Help you find and follow your congressional representatives.
• Display relevant voting records, hearings, and legislative information.
• Manage your subscription status.
• Improve the App's performance and fix bugs.

4. Data Storage

Your representative list, issue preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For payment processing. Apple handles all subscription billing. See Apple's privacy policy.
• U.S. Government APIs: We retrieve publicly available congressional data from government sources (e.g., Congress.gov, ProPublica). No personal data is sent to these services.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App. Since most data is stored locally on your device, your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) provide the primary layer of protection.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
• Manage subscriptions: Cancel or modify your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or the App's subscription management screen.
• Opt out of location access: You can deny or revoke location permissions in your device settings at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
